The recent COVID-19 pandemic has had an undeniable impact on beekeeping and livelihood of various sectors. Myvets Trust is supporting rural communities and improving food and nutrition security during these challenging times by highlighting the importance of bees and beekeeping, including traditional knowledge and practices, the use of bee-derived products and services, and their role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in line with UNEP (United Nations Environment Programme) through various outreach & sensitization activities under Atmanirbhar Bharat and providing employment to people from marginalized communities and making them self-reliant through Apiculture.
